Domestic Shipping Upgrades

To ensure your order arrives as safely and quickly as possible, we occasionally optimize our shipping methods:

Service Upgrades: We reserve the right to upgrade domestic shipments from USPS to UPS (or a similar premium carrier) at our discretion and at no additional cost to you. We do this to provide better tracking, faster transit times, or more secure handling.
No Downgrades: While we may upgrade your service for a better experience, we will never "downgrade" your shipping to a slower or lower-tier service than what you selected at checkout.

We are pleased to offer shipping to customers outside of the United States. However, please be aware of the following regarding international orders:

Origin of Shipment: All orders ship directly from our facility in the United States.
Duties and Taxes: Your order total does not include any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may be incurred by your destination country.
Customer Responsibility: As the importer of record, the customer is responsible for paying any fees required by their local customs office to release the shipment.
Policy: We have no control over these government-mandated charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
