20oz Rainbow Plated Tumbler - Cream

We are certainly glad to hear you love our tumblers. From the photo it looks like you did not use the correct settings on your laser to reveal the irredecent color underneath. It looks like you probably went with too much power and blasted right past the colored plating. If you dial in the settings, you will see the same colors as the top rim of the cup. Most electroplated colors will need alternate settings compared to your regular stainless steel. We highly recommend doing a test grid first when trying a new style so that you can get the perfect results. We are confindent that rainbow will show through properly once you adjust things on your end.
